Protecting the privacy of our users is important to us. Our Online Privacy Statement is designed to inform you about our collection, use, and sharing of personal information in connection with this site. From time to time, we may make changes to this Online Privacy Statement so we encourage you to check back and review it regularly to ensure you are aware of current practices. If you have any questions, please contact us using the contact information provided on our website.

Collection and Uses of Personal Information

We collect personal information about you through this site. This information may include, for example, name, mailing address, email address, phone number and similar information. In some cases you may provide the information directly, such as by entering information into an application or online form, and in some cases you may provide it indirectly, such as the IP address of the computer or device you use to connect with us online. We may use the personal information to:

  • provide you with the information you have requested,
  • facilitate and complete transactions,
  • perform analytics and other value-added services,
  • comply with federal, state and local laws, including credit reporting laws and card association rules,
  • verify information and combat fraud,
  • send you other information about us and our services (including through our affiliates and subsidiaries) that we believe you would find interesting, and
  • perform other lawful business purposes as may arise over time.

Cookies and Aggregate Data

This site may use cookies for various business purposes. For example, this site may use cookies to aggregate information about the pages that users visit so that we can update and redesign our site in order to provide you with the most useful information. From time to time we may disclose this information to fulfill legal or regulatory obligations or if we determine such disclosure is legally advisable or necessary to protect our rights, the rights of others, or to prevent harm (for example, for fraud prevention purposes we may confirm that your IP address matches the location you enter into an online form). In addition, we may analyze and aggregate data about users of our site and use it for statistical or analytic purposes. This information helps us to better understand our site’s users and how to improve our site and our offerings.

First Data /Clover

Our site is hosted by First Data, which owns and provides the e-commerce platform (called Clover Online) enabling us to sell our products and services to you. First Data complies with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) requirements, which help ensure the secure handling of payment data by our store and its service providers. As the site host and e-commerce provider, First Data will collect data (including but not limited to personal and transactional data) provided or obtained in connection with our site, products, and services and will use and disclose the data to perform analytics and other lawful services.

Information about Online Tracking

Some browsers incorporate a Do Not Track feature that signals to sites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Tracking is not the same as using or collecting information in connection with a single site. For these purposes tracking refers to collecting personally identifiable information as users move across different sites over time.

How browsers communicate the Do Not Track signal is not yet uniform. As a result this site is not yet set up to interpret or respond to Do Not Track signals communicated by your browser. For a description of Do Not Track protocols for browsers and mobile devices, or simply to learn more about the choices available to you, you can visit the All About Do Not Track site: http://allaboutdnt.com

Employees, Third Parties, and Others

Except as otherwise stated in this policy, we limit access to your personal information to our employees and agents and to the employees and agents of our affiliates and business partners who need the information to fulfill their business responsibilities. We may disclose personal information collected online to our affiliates and to third parties who assist us with the site or with our business (including, for example, First Data/Clover and third parties who help fulfill your requests or transactions). In some cases, this may involve third parties collecting information about your online activities over time and across different sites as well as your information being sent to other countries. By supplying your information on this site, you consent to your information being collected and transferred (including across international borders) by and to us and our affiliates, agents, and third parties as described above.

Employees and others with duties related to this site must adhere to this Online Privacy Statement. Any employee violating this Online Privacy Statement may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal.

By using this site, you agree that your use of our site is subject to the terms of this Online Privacy Statement and any applicable agreement you have with us or one of our affiliates.

We review and enhance our security systems, and employ appropriate measures to protect personal information collected online against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures may include encryption, physical access security, and other appropriate technologies.
